Hi community,

Currently, I'm having trouble accessing support portal as I can login but it redirected me to this page:

Hi @SyafiqBharudin ,

 

Looks like you don't have proper permission on CSP portal.

You may check with your team if someone have admin access to CSP or call to Palo Alto support number to open case with team to get the assistance on this issue.
